Michele and I would like to thank you and Kim for all that you did. Your insight, experience, and knowledge regarding the central Massachusetts real estate market is impressive. From our very first meeting, you made us feel confident that you were the right guy and agency for us. You led us through every step of the process from setting the price to marketing to closing, and you did it with a professional, yet friendly and easy manner. Your guidance was priceless..I am not exaggerating. Of course, we can't complain about getting that above-asking price offer within the first five days, and that was the deal we closed on! You were always there to answer our questions and listen to Jim's rants. In the end, it worked out great; our neighbors, family and friends were as shocked as we were about how fast our home sold.
It was just a real pleasure, Peter, and in some ways, fun, although maybe fun isn't exactly the right word. Thank you so much for helping us make our dream come true. There is, of course, a standing invitation for you guys to visit on one of your famous road trips -- we and the puppies would love to see you.

It is with great pleasure that my husband and I write this letter in support of Kim McDonald of Realtyology, Inc. We recently decided to start looking for a home and I came across their website online. I was contacted by Kim personally and we started the proces of looking for a house.
Not only was Kim flexible to work with our schedules, she was also very thorough in explaining the processes that we would be going through as first time homebuyers. Kim's communication with us was prompt and comforting. She let us know when we would need to meet deadlines and when to set up appointments.

I can't say enough about Realtyology Inc/McDonald Real Estate. Thanks to Candace Bauer's hard work, I am finally in my own home after a long struggle of buying a short sale. In going for a short sale there were a lot of ups and downs. Candace was always there for me whenever I needed her. She stuck up for me every step of the way even when the seller tried to push things that were their responsibility on me. She stood her ground and got it done. I have had the opportunity to work with Peter & Kim on all my real estate transactions over the past 17 years. Most recently Kim helped my family and I find our dream vacation home. The purchase of this property was not without issue as the seller failed to pass title V. While the resolution of the issue seemed to drag on, Kim was relentless in assuring that our best interests were considered. She always made herself available whenever I had a question or concern (which was often ). Whether buying or selling, I would never consider going to anyone else!
